2 Carrots

2 Oranges

1 Piece of Ginger

1 Apple

1/4 Lemon

3 Celery Stalks

5 Broccoli Florets

1 Pineapple

You can make your own juice with any of the above mixed with your carrots.

Note: Be careful not to go extreme in more than one serving per day, too many carrots can cause health issues as well and turn skin tone to orange. You need the benefit of everything you do and eat.
